A <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_hole#Supermassive_black_holes_at_the_centers_of_galaxies">supermassive black hole</a> is a black hole located at the center of every large galaxy. Astronomers <a href="http://physicsworld.com/cws/article/news/2777">are confident</a> that <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milky_Way">our own galaxy</a> also contains such supermassive black hole at its centre. It has a mass <b>2.6 million times</b> greater than the Sun, and a similar radius to the orbit of Mars around the Sun.
